Insurance
Our office participates in most insurance programs, including Medicare. We also accept auto accident claims and are a part of the Community Care Network with the VA. As there are avariety of plans and coverage differs widely, please call us to find out if your plan covers care in our office. We will be happy to verify and explain your benefits before treatment at no charge.
No Insurance
For patients who have little or no chiropractic insurance coverage, flexible payment programs can be arranged. We want to work with you to ensure you get the care you deserve with a direct care program that fits your budget.
Family Plans
As a family-focused practice, our goal is to provide excellent care for the whole family. Chiropractic care is just as important for children as it is for adults for the development of strong bodies and reduced acquisition of health complications later on. In an effort to make living a healthy lifestyle as easy and affordable as possible, we can create a customized family
plan that is specific to you and your family.

GOOD FAITH ESTIMATE
As a potential New Patient or current Practice Member of Radix Chiropractic, you have the right to receive from us a “Good Faith Estimate” of your costs for Chiropractic care at our office. We never want you to be surprised by any billing or pricing for the services that we provide. The Good Faith Estimate will explain in detail how much your out-of-pocket care will cost and will also include estimates of services covered by insurance (if applicable). The Good Faith Estimate is given to all of our patients as a part of the No Surprise’s Act. You’ll never have to worry about getting an unexpected bill or walking into the office and being surprised by any cost. We want patients to be carefree when it comes to the billing and cost portion so they can focus on what they are really here for; restoration of health through Chiropractic care.
